About the Bellwood Water & Sewer Authority
The Bellwood Borough Authority maintains 10.3 miles of sanitary sewer line and 25.1 miles of waterlines. The Authority purchases treated water from Altoona City Water Authority as a bulk customer. The water is predominately supplied from the Bellwood and Tipton Reservoirs. The Bellwood Reservoir is located near SR 865 on Kelsey Road in Antis Township.
The Bellwood Borough Authority routinely monitors for contaminants in your drinking water according to state and federal laws.
