The Blair County Collaborative TMDL and Pollution Reduction Plan (PRP) prepared on behalf of the Blair County Intergovernmental Stormwater Committee by the Center for Watershed Protection is now available for public viewing. We are seeking public feedback and request those who have comment to attend our next ISC meeting which will be held on August 17, 2017 at 2:00pm at the Logan Township Municipal building.
